As a seasoned corporate board director, I've seen these challenges up close and have taken them head-on through continuous learning and training initiatives with the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, and by graduating from the Innovation Governance Program Levels 1 and 2.

I've served on non-profit, association, and corporate boards, always striving to peer around the corner of disruption, while ensuring the implementation of solid governance policies within the organizations I serve.
